Absolutely the best rubs and seasonings I’ve ever used. It was awesome on our venison and mallards and beef ribs, which are hard to ruin, but I was blown away when we used it on snow geese. Snows are notorious for their livery taste (liver is the only thing I can’t stand.). We ground some snows with a small amount (10%) of organic beef fat and mixed it with the burger dust.
I then did an Artisan Rub on snows and tossed em on the Traeger to smoke.
Amazing. I’ll never bad mouth a snow again.
